Territory Sales Manager - (Herts & Essex), St. Albans, Stevenage, Basildon, Harlow. Applicants must reside within this territory. Candidates living outside this territory will not be considered.

Where you come in:
- Aligning with annual strategic imperatives, drive recommendations and use of Dexcom products across the assigned territory within Secondary Care, Primary Care and Community Diabetes Teams by providing solutions and support services.
- Increase Dexcom market share (sensor sales) and the territory revenue in line with company expectations utilizing services and support from across the company in accordance with the Dexcom values and culture.
- Provide training and in-servicing of Dexcom products and ancillaries to relevant HCPs in innovative ways (10-15% time maximum).
- Collaborate with internal Dexcom teams to optimize available policy and funding opportunities.
- Manage the territory for Dexcom, demonstrating effective planning according to territory and business needs.
- Daily use of CRM system to identify business development opportunities.
What makes you successful:
- A proven track record of success of selling, preferably within the healthcare environment.
- Sound experience of analyzing data – collates, organizes and interprets data to provide clear and comprehensible information to business plan and manage a territory.
- Strong commercial selling skills to include sales competency or selling skills training.
- Competent user of a variety of computer software packages, including MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Understanding and previous experience of CRM systems.
- Full UK driving license (with no more than 3 points).
- Knowledge of diabetes market in the UK is preferred.

Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
