Where you come in: You will be a key contributor on the global talent acquisition sourcing team, supporting the EMEA region sites in the UK, Germany, Ireland, Lithuania, Spain, France, Italy, and more. You must have deep experience sourcing and attracting talent in this geography. You will partner closely with Talent Advisors and Hiring Leaders to understand their business groups deeply. This includes knowing the roles, how they partner across other areas of the business, how they contribute and advance Dexcom’s goals, the department’s sub-culture, what great talent looks like and how it will thrive in the environment.
Your success will heavily rely on driving clarity and aligning on the required technical and behavioral competencies for each role with your internal stakeholders. You will gather and present detailed talent market analysis and insights to influence and guide stakeholders towards optimal talent recruitment strategies and critical hiring decisions. You will develop tailored and compelling employment propositions to targeted talent and have a persistent influential engagement strategy to curate connections and advocate Dexcom as the employer of choice. You will drive regular communication with your stakeholders, outlining your efforts, successes, roadblocks, and your advancing sourcing strategies. In addition, you will hold your stakeholders accountable for delivering on their action items to drive the recruitment process forward to meet SLAs. You will provide a “world class” stakeholder and candidate experience.
What makes you successful: You are a proven Professional Sourcing Professional with a track record of efficiently implementing sourcing strategies in a fast-paced environment. You speak English and one or more additional language(s) - French, Spanish or Italian. You are hyper inquisitive, bold, creative, technically advanced, self-aware, and driven. You make great efforts to keep internal partnerships healthy, work well in a collaborative team environment, and hold yourself accountable to process, deadlines, and results. You have experience developing advanced Boolean strings to drive accurate and comprehensive results across all major recruiting platforms – LinkedIn, Seek, HireEZ, etc. You know how to leverage all aspects of a robust recruitment CRM and ATS.

Education and Experience Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience. At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
