You will join Dexcom’s UK & Ireland Field Sales team, supporting the Diabetes market across Primary & Secondary Care within Hertfordshire and Essex (South). This team plays a critical role in expanding access to Dexcom CGM technology by partnering with healthcare professionals, navigating local market access pathways, and improving outcomes for people living with diabetes. You Will Where you come in

  • Drive recommendations and adoption of Dexcom CGM products across Community and Primary Care settings, with a strong focus on market access activity.
  • Support implementation of local ICB/CCG real‑time CGM policies by driving new patient initiations and appropriate switches from competitor technologies.
  • Build effective relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision makers, and internal Dexcom stakeholders to deliver territory objectives.
  • Provide product training and in‑servicing to relevant HCPs using innovative and compliant engagement methods.
  • Manage your territory strategically, prioritising accounts and activities based on customer and business needs.
  • Use CRM and available data insights daily to identify opportunities, track activity, and support sustainable sales growth.
  • Contribute to increasing Dexcom market share and achieving sensor sales targets in line with company expectations and values.

What Makes You Successful

  • You have some experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a comparable commercial environment, or you bring strong transferable sales experience.
  • You bring a clear interest in developing a long‑term career in medical sales and diabetes care.
  • You are comfortable learning and applying clinical, product, selling, and market access knowledge.
  • You have experience using data to plan activity, manage priorities, and optimise territory effectiveness.
  • You are confident using standard IT tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn CRM systems.
  • You demonstrate strong communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • You hold a full UK driving licence (with no more than 3 points).
