As Senior Forecasting Analyst, you’ll play a central role in leading both short‑term and long‑term forecasting for Dexcom’s commercial portfolio. You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning the quarterly revenue forecasting process and supporting the long‑range planning (LRP) cycle across multiple regions.
- Developing and integrating commercial analytics to inform key forecast assumptions and provide a data‑driven view of product and market dynamics.
- Building logical, scalable models in Excel and visualising the impact of change across the business.
- Collaborating with pricing, finance, sales, marketing, and operations to align forecasts with strategic goals.
- Presenting clear, concise forecast assumptions and results to senior leadership using compelling PowerPoint decks and visualisations.
- Partnering with internal teams to integrate market dynamics and cross‑functional expertise into demand forecasts.
- Performing mid‑quarter variance analysis and summarising key drivers for leadership.
- Supporting sales operations with incentive goal setting and S&OP with manufacturing and planning inputs.
- Driving alignment with commercial leaders around the forecasting process, including documentation and sign‑off.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of forecasting processes and methodologies.
What Makes You Successful:
- 3+ years’ experience in Demand Planning, FP&A, or a similar analytical function.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to build logical, scalable models.
- Direct experience in revenue forecasting and a solid grasp of volume, price, and userbase dynamics.
- Understanding of database structure and manipulation; SQL experience is a plus.
- Experience with visualisation tools like Tableau or similar.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, French, etc.) are a bonus.

Experience And Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8‑12 years of related experience. At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
