As the newly created Brand Lead (Consumer) in EMEA, you will champion the launch and growth of products within the consumer spaceâhelping people move beyond monitoring to truly optimise their health journey. You will play a pivotal role in creating and driving strategies that resonate with consumers to drive acquisition, retention and create lasting impact.
Meet The Team: You will be joining a dynamic, diverse and growthâoriented regional team playing a critical role in defining our regional strategy and driving excellence through marketing execution. In this new and highâprofile role, you have the opportunity to collaborate with talented individuals at a global, regional, crossâfunctional and local market level.
Where You Come In: Weâre looking for a dynamic marketing professional (10+ years) to own the goâtoâmarket marketing strategyâtranslating global brand direction into locally relevant plans that deliver against our growth ambitions. You will lead crossâfunctional teams and agency partners to build differentiated positioning, orchestrate multiâchannel activation, and optimise performance across DTC, partner, and trade channels to drive revenue growth. You will thrive in a fastâpaced, global environment with a customer obsession and natural curiosity about differing cultural and market dynamics.
What Youâll Do:
- Define & deliver the EMEA GTM plan: Build countryâspecific launch and growth strategies, informed by market insights, consumer research, and brand positioning frameworks.
- Lead brand positioning & messaging: Champion the consumer brand value proposition; ensure consistent, emotionally resonant storytelling across web, social, CRM, paid media, retail, and partner assets.
- Drive multiâchannel acquisition & retention: Own media strategy and planning and lifecycle marketing (awareness â conversion â activation â retention), partnering with performance, CRM, and content teams to hit growth targets.
- Orchestrate agency & partner execution: Brief and steer local creative, media, PR, and multiâchannel campaign development & execution; set clear KPIs; manage budgets; and ensure onâtime, onâbrand delivery.
- Enable eâcomm & trade marketing: Collaborate with trade and commercial teams to build coâmarketing programmes, inâstore/online merchandising, and joint campaigns that accelerate adoption.
- Turn insights into action: Translate segmentation, pricing, and volumetric learnings into testâandâlearn roadmaps; run experiments to improve conversion, activation, and retention.
- Champion crossâfunctional alignment: Partner with Product, Brand, Market Insights, CX, Regional Commercial, and Legal/Regulatory for compliant, highâimpact execution across markets.
- Measure what matters: Define KPIs, reporting cadences; diagnose performance across channels; courseâcorrect with dataâdriven recommendations.
What Youâll Bring:
- 10+ years in consumer marketing, brand management, or growth roles, ideally in consumer health, wellness, or consumer tech across multiple EMEA markets.
- Proven success launching and scaling brands with differentiated positioning and multiâchannel GTM strategies (DTC and partner/retail).
- Expertise in media planning, CRM/lifecycle, and performance optimisation; comfortable with experimentation and funnel analysis.
- Strong storytelling & copy skills paired with rigorous analytical acumen; you can inspire creative excellence and insist on measurable outcomes.
- Agency leadership experience and crossâfunctional collaboration in matrixed, fastâpaced environments.
- Familiarity with regulated categories and compliant claims development is a plus; retail/ecommerce and trade marketing experience is highly valued.
What Makes You Successful: You will be a highly experienced (10+ years) product and brand marketeer with a proven track record of success in developing and launching products in consumer health and/or wellness space. Experienced in working in global or regional marketing roles and leading marketing teams to drive execution of local marketing strategies. Extensive experience in commercializing products and implementing demand generation marketing strategies. Exceptional commercial acumen with proven experience and accountability for demand generation and customer retention against commercial goals. Strong analytical skills and a dataâdriven mindset to measure marketing impact and optimize strategies against commercial goals. Excellent communication skills, along with proven analytical and digital marketing & media planning skills possessing a dataâdriven mindset. Demonstrable ability in leveraging market & customer insights to craft a compelling value proposition and effective product positioning for diverse markets. Experienced in market research, business strategy, partner management, and comfortable working within a regulated environment. Proven ability managing agency relationships and media budgets to develop, deploy and optimise effective media and digital campaign strategies. Demonstrated ability to develop and lead strategic communication plans, driving brand visibility and business growth.

Education And Experience Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelorâs degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience. At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience. You must have the Right to Work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
