Where you come in:

  • You will provide first-line and hands-on desktop support for colleagues across the site, ensuring issues are resolved quickly, professionally, and in line with agreed service levels.
  • You will troubleshoot, configure, and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, meeting room technology, and standard business applications.
  • You will support device provisioning, imaging, deployment, hardware refresh activity, and asset lifecycle processes.
  • You will use ServiceNow to manage incidents and requests, maintaining clear updates, accurate categorization, and strong ticket ownership.
  • You will partner with local and regional IT teams to support office, manufacturing, and business-critical technology needs.
  • You will deliver positive customer experience by communicating clearly, setting expectations, and following through to resolution.
  • You will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, sharing knowledge, and supporting standardised support processes.

What makes you successful:

  • You have strong technical knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365, desktop hardware, peripherals, and common enterprise applications.
  • You bring your experience troubleshooting desktops, laptop, mobile, network connectivity, printer, and meeting room technology issues.
  • You have working knowledge of endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or similar platforms.
  • You are confident managing incidents and service requests through an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow, with a focus on SLA performance and accurate documentation.
  • You bring a customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to support users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • You have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced support environment.
  • Your ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with local, regional, and global IT teams.
  • You have the relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator, or equivalent practical experience.
