As a Healthcare Partnership Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of collaborative healthcare initiatives that improve patient outcomes and create value for stakeholders. This role focuses on designing and implementing service models in partnership with healthcare organisations and commercial entities within the South West of the UK (Kernow, Devon, Somerset, BNSSG, BSW, Gloucestershire, Dorset, Hereford and Worcestershire, South Wales).
You evaluate current clinical and operational processes within healthcare systems to identify opportunities for efficiency, reduced complexity, and enhanced patient experience. You support the design and implementation of innovative healthcare services that align with best practice standards. You manage service-related programmes, ensuring compliance and alignment with organisational objectives. You contribute to the creation of policies and frameworks that enable sustainable service delivery and partnerships. You develop clear, evidence-based value propositions that demonstrate the benefits of proposed services to healthcare providers and payers. You track and evaluate service outcomes against agreed measures, driving continuous improvement.
