Position Overview

AR Collections Manager – Drive operational success, improvement and efficiency across EMEA Collections activities. The role requires a strong understanding of cash collections, debt recovery processes, and strategies to meet targets, while ensuring a consistent approach for Collections across EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver on key operational goals for Cash Collection and Debt provisioning levels across EMEA.
  • Review and develop consistent KPI reporting across EMEA and share outputs with key stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers across EMEA.
  • Support and develop the AR Collections team across EMEA (Edinburgh, Mainz & Vilnius) to ensure consistent collection practices.
  • Utilise credit risk tools to assess financial stability of new partners and support management decisions regarding payment terms and credit levels.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and promote best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle or other major ERP systems.
  • Cash collections experience, with a track record of developing strategies to maximise debt recovery.
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership experience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous managerial role in a similar function.
  • Adaptability and self‑discipline in maintaining accurate documentation and following procedures.
  • Background in process improvement.
  • Experience in credit risk, insurance, third‑party payor, or medical device reimbursement environments is beneficial.

Other Details

  • Travel Required: 15-25%.
  • Experience & Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience. Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Flex Workplace: Primary location is a home office; will coordinate with the manager for office visits. Must live within commuting distance of the assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles / 120 km).
