Meet the team: We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst where the key focus of the role will be to ensure uninterrupted supply of our products for the EMEA region. In this role you will be the ‘go-to’ person for all supply related queries: i.e. supply status vs demand, inventory days of cover, phase in / phase out of products etc.

To be successful in this role you will require experience in managing multiple SKUs from multiple locations, and have the ability to create processes which drive clarity of supply & mitigate impact to customer orders. Experience in building a robust pipeline of supply & mitigating the need for expedited shipments is vital. Taking ownership of supply & optimizing inventory levels for the region will be a core focus.

In this role you will engage with multiple teams across the business, excellent communication skills & being comfortable engaging with teams, with a solution orientated mindset, is key. Using and setting up MRP systems to optimize processes will be required – standardization & simplification of processes will be the foundation on which we build our ways of working.

Where you come in:

  • You will work with Global Supply teams to ensure supply meets demand.
  • You will manage daily supply planning, purchasing, and inventory optimization needs for EMEA region.
  • You will build and monitor inventory projections.
  • You have close collaboration with warehouse & transport teams to ensure timely receipt and release of inventory.
  • You will evaluate and minimize excess & obsolete inventory: manage product phase outs and short dated product lots.
  • You will manage new product launches ensuring timely arrival of inventory to meet customers’ needs.
  • You will escalate risks associated with SKU prioritization or product changes and coordinate mitigation strategies to meet delivery milestones.
  • You will process purchase orders to manufacturing plants in line with inventory requirements.
  • You will implement global product changes applicable to the EMEA region.
  • You will work with Demand Planning and Forecasting teams to improve forecast accuracy and reduce stockouts due to demand/supply misalignment.
  • You will support the development of reports and dashboards for EMEA Planning and wider EMEA Supply Chain team – as well as drive MRP system use ensuring we have a solid foundations for our Planning activity.

What makes you successful:

  • 2-5 years of relevant demand & supply planning experience.
  • Expertise using MS programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) & Business Intelligence & Analytics Software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a pre-requisite for this position.
  • Experience using Advanced Planning software (Anaplan, Kinaxis, JDA, etc.) would be advantageous.
  • The ability to collate, analyse, simplify, present & then use data to make key decisions is vital to the role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including capacity to comfortably interface with peers & management.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a structured and driven way.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with the ability to build positive relationships.

Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
