Meet The Team
The EMEA Applications team is a small but rapidly growing IT group responsible for delivering improvements across our core systems, including Oracle Fusion, Salesforce.com, and Oracle Service Cloud. We support the full Order-to-Cash process in close partnership with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance. We are now seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with cross-application experience in areas such as Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital Sales, or Web Sales, ideally gained through CRM (Salesforce), ERP (Oracle), or E-commerce projects.
Where You Come In
- Own the end-to-end Business Analysis model and all supporting document templates.
- Provide guidance and leadership to more junior Business Analysts.
- Facilitate the capture / definition / documentation of detailed business process maps with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Define accurate and concise user stories / business requirements.
- Provide general Business Analyst and Business Change Management support for all EMEA enterprise application projects and system enhancements.
- Act as a single-point-of-contact for SMEs in representing processes and requirements to technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering via Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies.
- Drive execution of assigned project deliverables.
- Lead small to medium sized IT projects when required.
- Understand technical, resource and schedule implications of business decisions.
- Support business functions in developing Business Change plans.
- Work with stakeholders to determine project timing and resourcing requirements.
- Monitor execution and report status, risks and issues to the Project / Program Manager.
- Support the Test Lead and Test Team in developing Test Scenarios and Test Scripts.
- Work with relevant parties to develop training material and deliver training if required.
What Makes You Successful
- Significant experience facilitating workshops for business requirements/business process capture, “to be” process design, organizational change impact.
- Strong strategic thinking skills; understands business needs and brings proactive solutions to the team.
- Experience with enterprise-level application development projects and working with multi-discipline, globally distributed teams.
- Knowledge of CRM, Master Data Management and Order Management System concepts/tools and capabilities.
- Know how to customize Salesforce for different countries across EMEA based on regional needs.
- Knowledge of integrations with external systems such as Finance (Oracle), Marketing Tools, e-commerce platforms.
- An understanding of OTC related data models and how that data is used.
- Experience of developing a full business analysis model with associated use of tools and templates.
- Experience with Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience in conducting Level of Effort analyses, bottom-up project planning.
- Ability to handle incidents, enhancements and projects in parallel and assist with Testing.
- 5+ years of experience in an IT applications Business Analyst role, 2+ years Senior Business Analyst.

Experience And Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience.
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
