Meet the team: Dexcom is seeking a nimble, driven, and forward-thinking Associate Supply Chain Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will act as the daily interface between Dexcom’s internal departments, our European 3PL warehouses, and a select group of partners. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor outsourced services, ensuring SLAs are met and customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

- You will act as the daily interface between Dexcom’s internal departments across Europe, our 3PL warehouses, and a select group of clients.
- You will monitor shared email inboxes to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- You will proactively identify and resolve fulfilment issues to ensure SLAs are met.
- You will work on outbound fulfilment complaints daily, ensuring timely follow‑up and swift resolution.
- You will monitor monthly tender order fulfilment in line with agreed timelines.
- You will ensure transactional completeness in various IT systems.
- You will ensure internal and external processes are adhered to.
- You will perform other duties as assigned.
What makes you successful:
- You should be fluent in English.
- You should have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- You should have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel would be a bonus.
- You should have the ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
- Flexibility around work tasks and timescales is essential.
- Ability to accommodate GMT working hours as agreed is a must.

Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years previous experience.
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
