Meet The Team

Strategy, Partnerships & Growth Enablement is the EMEA function where EMEA's next chapter gets built. Our region is moving from selling great technology to leading on outcomes — helping people act earlier, helping clinicians decide better, and helping health systems get more value. Channel is how that intent reaches real patients, at scale. As Distributor Manager - Channel Excellence EMEA, you'll help drive and stand up our Channel Excellence Centre of Excellence from a blank page: setting the standard for how we partner, where we grow, and what "great" looks like across markets. Expect real ownership, senior visibility, and a region with a genuine runway ahead of it. If you like building things that don't exist yet — with a team that pushes thinking, moves fast, stays focused on impact and cares about the patient at the end of it — you'll fit right in.

Role Summary

Distributor Manager - Channel Excellence EMEA is an execution-focused role responsible for translating agreed channel priorities into scalable governance, operational processes, distributor management routines, and performance visibility across EMEA. The role manages channel performance, removes operational friction, and supports country teams through practical tools, structured governance, and disciplined follow-up. It contributes across the distributor lifecycle, from identification and onboarding through governance, KPI management, performance improvement, and portfolio evolution. This role reports to the Director, Market Development and Business Integration EMEA and partners closely with Business leaders, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Analytics, and country teams.
