Meet the team: The Customer Support Specialist will be based in Bracknell, Berkshire. This role requires someone with experience in customer account management and inside sales and is motivated to deliver exceptional service to meet the diverse needs of our customers. You will be an integral member of the Inside Sales Team, supporting the Manager with work that includes responding to customer questions, processing orders, answering calls, responding to emails and much more. Your work will support our UK & Ireland business objectives by meeting customer needs with both exceptional service and our life changing CGM product.

Where you come in:

  • You will support the achievement of monthly objectives for revenue and new customer acquisition target.
  • You will support all elements of delivering exceptional account management, including responsibility for generation of regular patient list and renewals documentation.
  • You will deal with all hospital/procurement related queries.
  • You will be responsible for proactively following up with hospitals to positively strengthen and grow relationships.
  • You will utilize internal systems (Salesforce) to organize daily activities and accurately record all customer interactions, and will have a strong knowledge of excel to be able to create various reports.
  • You will develop an in-depth knowledge of the Dexcom products and confidently deal with any enquiries relating to self-funded patients and their user journey (training will be provided).

  • Suitable for a College Leaver. Although previous account management or sales experience is beneficial, this role could also suit a motivated college leaver who is keen to begin their career in a fast‑paced commercial environment. Full training will be provided, and we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the team.

Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Flex/Hybrid Workplace: Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).
