  • * Driving alignment and collaborating with pricing, finance, sales, marketing, and operations to align forecasts with strategic goals.
  • * Communicating forecast assumptions and results to senior leadership, using clear, compelling and well‑structured presentations and visualisations.
  • * Performing mid‑quarter variance analysis and identifying key drivers for leadership.
  • * Supporting sales operations with incentive goal setting and supply chain with manufacturing and planning inputs.
  • * Acting as a strategic partner for commercial leaders around the forecasting process, identifying opportunities to leverage data to support decision making and enhance the process.
  • * Shaping the evolution of the forecasting processes and methodologies.

This role requires someone who’s not afraid to get stuck into the data, but who can also step back and think strategically.

You’ll be joining a team where your insights will shape decisions – and where your enthusiasm and hunger to learn will be celebrated.
