As Regional Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business, leading a matrix team of key Dexcom stakeholders whilst directly managing a group of territory managers to deliver against our ambitious growth objectives. You will drive strategic initiatives across commercial excellence, NHS partnerships, and business development. You will be a champion of a collaborative culture, and a key leader within the Dexcom UK Business.
Where you come in:
- You will lead a sales team in the Southeast Region to deliver against national level business objectives, and drive recommendations and use of Dexcom CGM products and services across Primary and Secondary Care.
- You will have day-to-day responsibility to manage, coach and develop a sales team to facilitate sales excellence in the Southeast Region.
- You will partner with a wide range of NHS stakeholders and work in close collaboration with internal colleagues including Market Access and Med Affairs Teams.
- You will take a holistic view of the Dexcom CGM business opportunity and provide solutions to enable ongoing business growth.
- You will be an expert in sales analytics and all aspects of CRM data to track performance, and target focus areas of business opportunity at representative and regional level.
- You will be a champion of a collaborative culture which fosters teamwork, sharing best practice and cooperation.
What makes you successful:
- A Proven Leader. A demonstrable history of sales experience and leadership within the UK healthcare sector.
- A keen drive for results. Exceptional sales results achieved at a regional and individual level.
- A Coach and a Mentor. 3+ years of people management experience is preferred.
- An ability to Think Big! A demonstrable history in sales innovation and NHS pathway development.
- An ability to influence and direct. A clear understanding of matrix working and mobilization of business resources.
- Knowledge of NHS procurement pathways, and experience of NHS system level partnership engagement.
- Knowledge of UK diabetes marketplace is preferable.

Travel Required: 50 to 75% - daily travel within region with occasional national meeting / exhibition attendance.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience.
- We are looking for 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience.
Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
