Meet The Team

You will join a dynamic, diverse, and growth‐oriented regional team, playing a critical role in defining our strategy and delivering execution excellence across global, regional, and local levels.

Where You Come In

In this pivotal role, your goal will be to develop winning commercial growth strategies in partnership with retail and third‐party channels, own and drive the trade and retail strategy across the region, and scale trade programs to meet revenue targets.

What You'll Do

  • Own and deliver the retail and channel strategy to support Dexcom's direct‐to‐consumer growth across EMEA.
  • Build mutually beneficial commercial relationships in priority markets with key e‐commerce, retail, and third‐party partners to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Define and execute trade marketing and promotional plans to drive acquisition and retention across all channels while managing budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Deliver revenue and sales targets aligned to business goals.
  • Monitor and measure account and channel performance and effectiveness, establishing a framework to assess business health and making data‐driven adjustments.
  • Review sales and product performance analyses and path‐to‐purchase insights to inform decisions and corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement and innovation within trade channels with a test‐and‐learn mindset.

What Makes You Successful

  • 10+ years in key account management and trade marketing within consumer e‐commerce and retail, ideally in consumer health and wellness.
  • Proven ability to manage accounts, deliver sales targets, and generate revenue through joint business plans and trade marketing activities.
  • Experience delivering measurable multi‐channel growth strategies via diverse trade partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with regional, local, and cross‐functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
  • Data‐driven mindset with ability to measure impact and optimise strategies against commercial goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills; able to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working within regulated environments and applying compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimise trade marketing resources for maximum ROI.

Experience And Education Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience. At this level, a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.
