Where You Come In

• You will support the development and delivery of multi-channel education programmes and content for healthcare professionals (HCPs) across the UK & Ireland.
• Help organise and run events, webinars and training sessions for HCPs.
• Assist with creating and updating educational materials and resources.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure programmes run smoothly.
• Help track and report on the success of educational activities.
• Ensure all activities follow GDPR and compliance guidelines.
• Build relationships with colleagues and healthcare professionals to understand their needs.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Medical Affairs teams to provide useful information and educational support.

What Makes You Successful

• Experience developing and delivering educational programmes or campaigns for healthcare professionals, ideally within a regulated environment; previous work in Diabetes is a bonus.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities; capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms to create, distribute and measure the impact of educational content.
• Ability to analyse data and KPIs to assess programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Effective communication skills, able to tailor messaging for a clinical audience.
• Collaborative and proactive, building strong relationships with internal teams, external partners and healthcare professionals.
• Adaptable and resourceful, thriving in a fast-paced environment and willing to contribute ideas and take initiative.

Experience And Education

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience in healthcare marketing, professional education or clinical communications.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets and digital platforms.

Flex Workplace

This full-time role operates on a hybrid model of three in-office days per week to maximise collaboration and momentum.

As of November 2025, the office will be located in Bracknell Maxis and you must live within commuting distance.
