Dex is seeking a Staff-level Technical Lead to own the end-to-end technical vision for our customer-facing web applications, including analytics, docs, marketing, sign-up, and billing.
You will lead a team of five engineers, drive architecture decisions, and champion rapid iteration, quality, and the integration of AI tools into daily workflows with PMs and developers.
Reporting to the CTO, you will co-own the DevEx roadmap and shape how AI and LLMs are adopted across the product.
