Dex is building the future of hiring with AI, helping fast-growing companies find and engage world-class talent. We are looking for a Marketing Designer to own how Dex shows up to the world, especially to a highly technical, senior engineering audience.

The opportunity:

  • Own the Dex homepage and core marketing pages end to end, from concept to shipped experience, closely partnering with marketing and product.
  • Design high-impact campaigns and collateral for senior software engineers (decks, one-pagers, event materials, social and ad creatives).
  • Work alongside our world-class creative agency to develop and protect a consistent Dex visual identity across every touchpoint.
  • Turn a complex AI product and data into simple, compelling stories that resonate with technical consumers.
  • Design for our current channels: outdoor posters, LinkedIn, events and email, and help us raise the creative bar on each.
  • Explore and launch new channels such as Reddit, podcasts and beyond, creating and testing new creative formats and narratives.
  • Use Figma and Framer to design, prototype and ship experiments across landing pages and campaigns at speed.
  • Partner with growth marketing to run A/B tests, review performance data and iterate creative based on what actually moves the needle.
  • Collaborate tightly with product, engineering and ops to keep our marketing aligned with the in-product experience.
  • Help define the foundations of marketing design at Dex.

Who you are:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, brand or product marketing design, ideally in a fast-growth startup or scale-up.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual craft, clear storytelling and preferably work aimed at B2C or technical audiences.
  • Confident in Figma, with a strong track record designing marketing sites and campaign assets; hands-on experience building in Framer.
  • An entrepreneurial self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, can spot opportunities and drives ideas through to execution.
  • Highly data-led in how you work; you care about performance, understand basic funnel metrics and love iterating based on results.
  • A strong collaborator who enjoys working closely with marketing, product and external agencies, and is happy to get into the details.
  • Hands-on, curious and experimental, with a genuine commitment to best-in-class marketing and a test-and-learn mindset.

Why join Dex:

  • This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing AI start-ups at an early stage.
  • Real ownership over how Dex is experienced by senior engineers and hiring leaders around the world.
  • The chance to build out the marketing design function over time.
  • A smart, down-to-earth team that is deeply hands-on and focused on shipping, learning and improving every week.
