Company Overview

This company created the digital sales room category. Thousands of B2B revenue teams, from startups to enterprises, use their interactive spaces to centralise buyer journeys and close deals faster. They've achieved significant product-market fit at the Seed stage, backed by leading VCs.

Role Overview

You will join a 14-person engineering team within a rapidly growing company of 59. This is a genuine Product Engineer role: you own projects end-to-end, from Figma designs to MongoDB schemas to full-stack release. It's not about executing handed-down tickets; it's about challenging requirements, mentoring peers, and driving technical standards in a team where real ownership is still possible.

Responsibilities

  • Ship full-stack features across React, Next.js, and TypeScript, converting Figma designs into high-quality, production-ready components.
  • Design and optimise MongoDB schemas for a platform used by thousands of companies, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Own projects from initial problem definition through to deployment, including backend services on AWS with Redis-backed queues.
  • Mentor junior engineers, elevate coding standards, and actively challenge product requirements to build better solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years building production React, Next.js, and TypeScript applications, including react-query.
  • 5+ years of deep MongoDB experience: schema design, index tuning, and performance optimisation on real workloads.
  • Proven ability to convert Figma designs into high-quality React components independently.
  • Experience shipping systems on AWS, leveraging Redis and cloud-based queues.
  • A background in fast-moving startup environments, with a track record of mentoring engineers and driving technical standards.
