About Dex

We’re an ambitious, direct and kind group of people, valuing authenticity, ambition and people who make things happen. We’re a team of 12 (and growing) based in London (Borough). We work together 3 times a week because we value in-person time, but we’re person-centric and flexible. We hire adults who can manage their own schedules.
About the Role
We want to build Dex into a brand that our ICP (senior folks in tech) love. You’ll be responsible for a broad remit, centered around brand, content and community, driving key business metrics around acquisition, engagement and retention. The role will require the ability to build effective strategies and to be hands-on, as well as lean on a black book of contractors/freelancers and 3rd party support, keeping the team lean while ensuring we have the capacity and skills we need. You (and the team) will be responsible across:

You are an experienced marketer that has built brands that make people feel. Commercial and results-oriented, we’re building a brand in pursuit of business success. AI fluent – everyone in this team is leveraging agents to be more effective and to execute faster. A strong leader and talent magnet – people want to work with and for you.
