This position is for a Founding Engineer who will own the core retrieval and state system end-to-end, including performance, consistency, access control, and the SDK surface. You will collaborate in person with the founding team to set the technical direction and implement integrations for the first production users.

The work includes:

  • Designing and building the core shared-state system, targeting sub-80ms retrieval for multi-agent coordination.
  • Defining and implementing access control, consistency models, and multi-tenancy for production reliability.
  • Owning the SDK surface and API design, ensuring seamless integration with agent frameworks.
  • Making foundational infrastructure, data model, and operational decisions that will scale for years.
  • Shipping the first integrations and supporting early production users directly.
