Dex is seeking a Founding Engineer to own the core retrieval and state system end-to-end in a Canary Wharf, London office. You will set technical direction, make infrastructure and API decisions, and ship integrations that bring early production users onto our platform.
You should have a proven track record building low-latency distributed systems, a deep grasp of access control and multi-tenancy, and hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
