- Build and refine CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high deploy velocity without compromising safety for a fast‑moving engineering team.

What You Bring
- 5+ years in DevOps or SRE, with significant experience as a first or sole infrastructure hire in an early‑stage environment.
- Deep expertise with Terraform, managing complex production infrastructure on a major cloud provider (GCP preferred).
- A proven track record designing and implementing observability for distributed systems, ideally including non‑deterministic or ML‑powered components.
- Hands‑on experience with incident response, including on‑call duties, leading incidents, and building robust processes.
- Strong foundations in infrastructure security: network, access control, secrets management, and secure‑by‑default principles.
