Salary: Up to £250,000 + Equity

The role involves building real products on top of frontier model APIs, not training models. Responsibilities include:

  • Build production AI features on top of frontier model APIs
  • Design agentic workflows, retrieval systems, and tool-use patterns
  • Build evaluation harnesses that measure real product quality, not benchmark scores
  • Iterate fast on prompts, model choice, and orchestration

Qualifications:

  • Strong full-stack engineering, typically TypeScript or Python
  • Hands-on production experience with LLM APIs
  • Good instincts for where models work, where they fail, and how to test the difference
