About the Role
We are seeking an Account Director to join our passionate Account Management team for a period of 9 months. You will report to the Head of Account Management. The ideal candidate will have confidence and enthusiasm, working across a portfolio of clients and with the Senior Leadership team to increase agency business.
As an Account Director, you\’ll be required to work in a fast-paced environment with confidence and enthusiasm, managing a portfolio of clients.
Requirements
Client Servicing
- Act as an account director with senior responsibility for a combination of musicals, plays, and other live events/projects.
- Senior planning and strategy, working in collaboration with other departments.
- Remain sufficiently informed and involved with account operations, ensuring competent and creative planning, high-quality service, and strong client/agency relationships.
- Proactively develop campaigns, initiatives, and ideas collaboratively to deliver exciting, innovative, and results-driven campaigns.
- Responsibility for campaign budgets, billing, and profitability.
- Promote business expansion with existing clients and generate new leads.
- Plan and staff pitches effectively, managing timelines and expectations collaboratively.
- Provide leadership within the account team, ensuring effective communication.
Team Development
- Support and guide team members facing challenges.
- Foster a culture of trust, openness, and continuous learning.
- Champion internal working methods.
