PURPOSE OF JOB

To support out in the community to activities he enjoys, to provide some respite for his family.

HOURS OF WORK

2 hours p/w term time & 4 hours p/w in the school holidays. Flexible hours to be discussed.

RATE OF PAY

£14.50 per hour

TASKS INVOLVED

  • Support out in the community to activities he enjoys. He struggles to walk long distances so a wheelchair will be provided.
  • Ensure safety at all times.
  • Personal care will be required (changing nappies).

TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED

  • Someone who is reliable, kind, sensitive and caring.
  • Punctual.
  • Experience of working with individuals with additional needs is essential.
  • Car driver is essential.
