I am a man in my early 40’s living in the Rumney are of Cardiff. I live with my partner along with two dogs and a cat. I am a petrol head and love cars, motorbikes as well as Go-Karting.

I am looking to employ personal care assistant(s) to enable me to access the community and build up my confidence. My confidence has been exacerbated due to my brain injury, however, with support I am hopeful my confidence and independence will increase. I also have epilepsy, full free training will be given.

PURPOSE OF JOB

Supporting me to access activities within the community to encourage my confidence and independence. Activities such as bowling, golf driving range and dog walking.

HOURS OF WORK

12 hours a week to be split into 3 x 4 hour sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

RATE OF PAY

£13.85 per hour

TASKS INVOLVED

·Keeping me safe by supporting and enable me to access activities in the local community.

·Driving me to activities.

·Free training will be provided for my conditions
