Part-time Personal Assistant

Purpose of job

I am looking for a PA to support me to build my independence, develop basic life skills and to help me to access the community and take part in social activities.

Hours of work

5 hours per week available. Ideally these will be worked on a Friday but there is flexibility to this.

Rates of pay

£17 per hour.

Tasks involved

  • Taking me out into the community to go to the local pub, gym or to take me out shopping.
  • Supporting me learn basic life skills.
  • Encouraging me to do as much as I can myself.
  • Teaching me to become as independent as possible.
  • Practising my speech with me.
  • Helping me to learn how to use public transport.
  • Going for a walk if the weather is nice with the dog.

  • A driver with business class insurance.
  • Someone happy to work with a dog at the home.
