Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal and household support.
- Assist with activities of daily living while respecting privacy and confidentiality.
- Support the employee in following a routine and maintaining independence.
- Provide friendly, easy‑going interaction without taking over responsibilities.
Qualifications and Attributes
- National Insurance number required.
- Holds satisfactory references and passes a DBS (Police) check (cost paid by employer).
- Good hygiene awareness and a caring, responsible attitude.
- Trustworthy, reliable, punctual and able to work independently and on initiative.
- Friendly, easy‑going, adaptable and flexible.
- Comfortable working in a wheelchair‑accessible environment.
Working Hours
3 hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday morning, with a preferred start time of 8:00 am.
Pay and Benefits
Hourly wage: £13.30 on weekdays, £13.60 on weekends. Wage paid monthly and holiday pay provided.
