About Me: I am a 30 year old lady living in the Llantrisant area. I have lots of interests and hobbies that include arts and crafts and enjoy making things. I enjoy going to the theatre and often go to the new theatre in Cardiff to watch a show. I would like to go to the seaside from time to time and maybe stop for some lunch. Driver is essential as I don’t like using public transport and I would like to go to Hobby Craft in Cardiff to build my confidence of being out on my own. I have autism, anxiety, learning needs and depression, alongside physical health conditions. PA would need to be aware that I have self-harmed in the past. Physically I can walk short distances but find longer distances difficult due to pain, fatigue and disorientation linked to migraines. This affects my stamina and confidence in the community and will need full support when we are out together. I am not good around large crowds or too much noise and will remove myself if necessary.

Purpose of the Job: Main reason for the position is to support me out in the community and sometimes at home.
