Dewey Group are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Steel Fixers to join a project based in SW8, London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a busy site, with an immediate start available. The initial contract is for 2 weeks, with the possibility of an additional week’s work for candidates who are willing to assist with general site duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting reinforcement drawings and bending schedules.
- Fabricating and assembling steel reinforcement cages for large pad foundations.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and to a high standard.
- Supporting the wider site team with additional duties when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Steel Fixer.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of reinforcement drawings and bending schedules.
- Valid CSCS Card.
