Dewey Group is recruiting for an experienced Contracts Engineer / Senior Contracts Engineer with a strong background in piling and ground engineering. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected specialist contractor, delivering technically complex piling packages across infrastructure, commercial, and energy sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee piling contracts from tender handover to final account
- Interpret and manage contract requirements (NEC/JCT)
- Coordinate with site teams, design engineers, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Track programme, variations, and commercial performance
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Produce reports, forecasts, and key contractual documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the piling or ground engineering sector (CFA, rotary, driven, or similar)
- Familiarity with NEC or JCT forms of contract
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and commercial skills
- Strong communication and client-facing abilities
- Full UK driving licence
