General Piling Operatives – Rotary / CFA Piling

Dewey Group are currently seeking experienced General Piling Operatives for a large civil engineering project based in Teesside.

This role is offered on an initial 3-month contract, with long-term ongoing work available following completion of this project, subject to performance and business requirements.

Role Details

• Location: Teesside
• Contract: Initial 3 months, with long-term ongoing work available
• Hours: 50 hours + per week available
• Additional opportunities for night shifts and weekend work

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting piling operations on site
• Working alongside piling rigs including Rotary and CFA piling equipment
• Supporting rig operators, banksmen, and site supervisors
• Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with site procedures
• General site duties associated with piling operations

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a General Piling Operative
• Proven experience with Rotary and/or CFA piling methods
• Strong understanding of health and safety on civil engineering sites
• Ability to work long hours and be flexible with shifts
• Valid right to work in the UK
