Overview

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Team Leader (Nights), to join our busy and evolving warehouse team in our 2-person Home Delivery Network.

As a Warehouse Team Leader your responsibilities will include undertaking the day-to-day warehouse tasks ensuring all targets are met and the highest standards of H&S, quality, accuracy, and hygiene are maintained to ensure our customers expectations are achieved.

Salary: £30,323.80 (+ Night Allowance £2880 per annum)

Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days (Nights 22:00 – 06:00)

How will you contribute?

  • Provide support to the Warehouse Management Team to ensure a consistent, smooth and efficient warehouse operation.
  • Develop a motivated team through encouragement of open and proactive communication.
  • Management of a team including absence and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure company procedures are adhered to and changes are effectively communicated and implemented.
  • To be responsible for all health and safety aspects and ensure safe systems of work are adhered to at all times.
  • Assist Warehouse Shift Managers in achieving agreed budgetary and service levels.
  • Ensure maximum use of resources in a cost-effective manner.
  • To contribute towards the improvement of processes and methods of onsite practices.
  • To undertake such duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the warehouse function.
