Production Supervisor in Wellingborough

We are working with a reputable client based in Wellingborough (NN8) who require a Production Supervisor to join their team.

The position is a permanent role paying £27,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE).

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: Rotation – AM/PM (37.5 hours per week).

Holiday

33 days holiday (including bank holidays).

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Production Supervisor within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production policies and procedures
• Establish priorities to ensure the production team are working efficiently
• Report KPIs to Senior Management
• Check manufacturing equipment to ensure working order and that constant workflow is maintained
• Ensure staff adhere to Health, Safety and Quality processes
• Quality check products before distribution to customers

Key Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Previous supervisory experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar environment
