About the Role:
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for cultural integration and leading projects across Devro, globally.
Responsibilities:
- Boost innovation culture throughout, strengthening innovation capability across functions and organisational layers
- Drive creation and delivery of internal development programmes based on business needs
- Act as a subject matter expert being able to advise DMT, HR teams and other stakeholders
- Manage end to end delivery in global Learning & Development initiatives such as global training, engagement surveys and content creation
- Cultural integration project management
- Insights Discovery network & delivery
- Qualtrics system
- Learning & Management System (Learning Pool) Management & Leadership programmes
- Stakeholder management
Skills / Knowledge and Experience:
Experience:
- Creation of content and delivering workshops/training
- Usage of different methods (e.g. Insights Discovery is an advantage)
- Working across a global organisation with layers and silos
Skills:
- Ability to manage a variety of stakeholders
- Strong acumen and prioritisation
- Project Management
- Ability to work in ambiguity
- Ability to connect (cultural or development) concepts with pragmatic delivery
