About the Role: The Development Technologist is responsible for product and technology developments, and for managing improvement projects for existing lines/products.
Responsibilities:
- Drive product and technology development streams
- Develop new ideas that fuel innovation pipelines
- Deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and internal manufacturing and quality performance targets
- Plan, organise and safely execute product line trials with development and production teams providing leadership and guidance
- Participate in product trials at customer facilities
- Manage projects end-to-end and in close collaboration with Commercial and Supply Chain
