We’re now looking for passionate volunteer radio presenters to join us as we build our schedule and shape a new, youth-focused Contemporary Hit Radio (CHR) sound. This is a great opportunity to be involved at the ground level of a new station, with genuine creative freedom and room to grow as the brand expands.

- Broadcasting live, pre-recorded, or voice-tracked depending on availability
- Using industry-standard broadcast systems to manage your show
- Supporting Devote Radio’s launch and ongoing growth across digital platforms
How we broadcast:
- We use Aiir and WebVT for playout and presenter workflows.
- Shows can be voice-tracked or recorded live (where suitable).
Our setup allows presenters to produce and broadcast from home, making it easy to fit around work, study, or other commitments while maintaining professional standards.
What we’re looking for:
- A passion for music, radio, and entertainment
- Confidence behind the microphone (or a strong desire to develop it)
- An interest in CHR, new music, or specialist genres
- Reliability, creativity, and a positive attitude
- Prior radio experience is welcome but not essential
Weekend and genre-specific shows are particularly encouraged.
Why join Devote Radio?
