About Dévorer

Dévorer is a London-based foodtech and campus innovation platform transforming spaces through data, AI, and curated street food. Operating at 25+ sites including Imperial College, LSE, and Wrexham Stadium, we’re on a mission to rebuild physical spaces through a model that is scalable, efficient, and sustainable.

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and able-to-manage-complex-operations-on-the-ground Operations Associate to join our growing team. You’ll be at the centre of Dévorer’s field operations — ensuring every market and event runs smoothly, vendors are supported, and our technology and data systems are fully operational. This is a hands-on, field-based role involving constant travel across the UK, working closely with vendors, partners, and internal teams to deliver flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations at street food markets and events.
  • Ensure all vendors arrive on schedule and are properly set up.
  • Set up and maintain POS and data hardware as instructed, ensuring systems are live and synchronised.
  • Monitor event performance and complete post-event data and reporting tables accurately and on time.
  • Conduct daily site walkthroughs to monitor operational standards, including health & safety, security, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for vendor- or site-related operational issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Support compliance by reviewing incidents, carrying out initial investigations, and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Manage inductions for new vendors, contractors, and staff, including access to systems and security protocols.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, including operational plans, logs, and training records.
  • Monitor support requests and operational queries, liaising with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, reporting, and maintaining operational standards.
  • Participate in sustainability initiatives and ensure on-site signage, communications, and practices align with company standards.
  • Assist with minor relocations, ad hoc operational tasks, and occasional out-of-hours requirements.
  • Scout and identify new vendors and partnership opportunities across the UK.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely updates.
  • Work closely with the COO to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring

  • Recent graduate with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety requirements and operational compliance.
  • Proficient in managing digital tools and hardware systems, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Monday.com, and other relevant platforms.
  • Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Highly personable, capable of building strong professional relationships at all levels.
  • Passionate about delivering smooth, high-quality operational experiences in dynamic environments.

Why Join Dévorer

  • Be part of a pioneering team reshaping the intersection of food, technology, and campus/urban spaces.
  • Hands-on experience across event logistics, vendor management, and operational data.
  • Exposure to high-profile sites and partners across the UK.
  • Opportunity for rapid learning and growth, working directly with the COO and core team.
