Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems that meet the needs of our clients
- Collaborate with project managers and software engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments
- Continuously improve processes and tools to increase efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in platform engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectures
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Java, C#)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with automated testing and continuous integration/delivery
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
