As an Azure Cloud Data Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working predominantly with Azure Databricks to create data pipelines.
  • Ensuring data quality and implementing ETL (extract, transform, and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.
  • Performing independently and becoming a subject matter expert (SME).
  • Developing innovative data solutions to optimize data generation, collection, and processing.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity.

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Data Engineer with:

  • Experience in development and administration of ETL processes in Azure cloud environment.
  • Troubleshooting issues, working with and managing third-party vendors, and aiding internal and external customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions.
  • Providing solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Ensuring data privacy and security in all data-driven interfaces.

Set yourself apart:

  • Good knowledge of SQL/Python/PySpark development.
  • Proven understanding of Azure cloud principles & Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of SQL optimization best practices.
  • Understanding of data quality principles and best practices.
