🔍 Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Consultant for a large-scale CI/CD transformation project. As a Senior DevSecOps Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and implementing security-focused DevOps solutions for high-profile financial clients. You will engage with stakeholders, craft robust delivery plans, and execute hands-on technical implementations across CI/CD, cloud security, and infrastructure automation.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

🔹Stakeholder Management – Engage with technical and business stakeholders, translating security and DevOps requirements into actionable roadmaps.

🔹 Security-First DevOps – Architect and implement secure CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust security integration at every stage of the software development lifecycle.

🔹 Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Leverage Terraform (HashiCorp stack) to define infrastructure security policies and automate deployments.

🔹CI/CD Tooling – Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD workflows using GitLab, Harness, and related automation tools.

🔹 Security Best Practices – Implement common security solutions, including secrets management, IAM, and compliance automation.

🔹 Migration at Scale – Lead large-scale DevSecOps transformations, ensuring minimal disruption while achieving security and efficiency gains.

🔹 Programming & Scripting – Write and maintain security-focused automation scripts using Python, Bash, or other relevant languages.

🔹 Cloud & Kubernetes Security – Secure multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, GKE).

✅ Must-Have Skills

💡 Hands-on experience with GitLab, Harness, Terraform (HashiCorp suite), Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.

💡Strong programming skills (Python, Bash, or Golang) for security automation and integration.

💡Expertise in cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

💡Experience in secrets management and identity security (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, IAM policies).

💡Proven ability to deliver at scale, particularly for financial services clients.

💡Strong stakeholder management and ability to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills

💡 Gitlab PSE certified

💡Experience with policy-as-code (e.g., Sentinel, Open Policy Agent).

💡Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or HashiCorp Certified Practitioner.
