You are welcomed here as you bring:
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency)
- Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
- Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases
- Solid organizational and time‑management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
As a core team member, you will:
- Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
- Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Perform pre‑screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
- Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed
- Network and build long‑lasting client relationships
- Contribute to further development, change management in the company
