You are welcomed here as you bring:

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency)
  • Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
  • Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases
  • Solid organizational and time‑management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

As a core team member, you will:

  • Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
  • Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
