Are you a commercially driven Website/Web2Print Administrator with a creative approach, and who is passionate about print culture and brand identity? Our client with over 100 years’ of experience in the world of print is looking for a Website Administrator to work within one of the smaller divisions of a large corporation where you’ll enjoy an entrepreneurial culture combined with the support and systems, leveraging a client base of the larger business.
As the website administrator, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and be responsible for overseeing site functionality and client site updates. Your main focus will be on providing technical support to ensure that our clients have the best possible shopping experience through our portals.
Main Duties:
- Collaborating with various stakeholders (development, sales, marketing, production sites, branch managers etc.).
- Onboarding users onto the platform.
- Updating clients’ sites and uploading products to their product catalogues.
- Supporting end-to-end process of web2print implementation.
- Setting up portals, products, features.
- Participating in QA testing and rollout of new features and enhancements.
- Producing ad-hoc reports for internal teams and clients.
- Resolving customer queries and providing technical support.
- Overseeing the creation of user guides/FAQs etc.
Skills required:
- Experience in a result-driven multi-channel e-commerce environment.
- CSS/HTML foundations and understanding of SaaS software.
- Experienced with WordPress.
- Graphic design skills and good use of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Build trust and credibility as well as exceeding expectations.
- Excellent project management skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities.
