We are looking for Warehouse Operators to join a busy team at our client’s site in Wymondham, specialising in outbound and inbound document services. The facility features advanced printing, mailing, and warehousing capabilities, crucial for handling outbound mail and inbound receipt, capture, validation, and document storage.

Your role as Warehouse Operator will be vital in maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring timely and secure delivery of items.

Main Duties:
  • Loading and unloading goods safely within the facility.
  • Stacking and storing goods according to stock control guidelines.
  • Performing daily equipment checks and manual handling when necessary.
  • Managing waste disposal, including bailing and compacting, while following health and safety standards.
Required skills:
  • Commitment to service level agreements and result-oriented approach.
  • Counterbalance forklift experience and valid license.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in IT, especially MS Excel, and physical capability to handle heavy items.

Work involves a fortnightly rotating shift pattern. Please apply only if you are willing to work these shifts permanently:

Week 1 – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

Week 2 – Monday and Tuesday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
