Are you passionate about quality, automation, and delivering exceptional digital experiences? Paragon Customer Communications are looking for a Senior Automation Web QA Engineer to join our dynamic onshore team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of bespoke web applications for some of the world’s leading brands. You’ll be at the heart of our delivery process — driving automation, championing best practices, and helping us build a “zero-defect mindset” culture.
Main duties would include:
- Designing and executing automated and manual test strategies
- Creating test scripts and cases using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Building automation frameworks using C#, Selenium, and BDD (Gherkin)
- Acting as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring high standards across all releases
- Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to resolve defects quickly
- Reviewing requirements and influencing quality from the earliest stage
- Mentoring junior team members and promoting QA best practice
- Driving innovation by suggesting new tools and testing approaches
- Supporting live issues and ensuring smooth production performance
Skills and Attributes we are looking for:
- Strong experience in test automation (Selenium – expert level)
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and test scripting
- Experience with BDD (Gherkin)
- Knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle databases
- Experience testing web applications and APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent attention to detail and passion for quality
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with AI-assisted testing tools
- Performance testing tools (e.g., StressStimulus)
- Awareness of security standards (OWASP, PCI)
