We are now looking for a Fulfilment Services Strategic Sales Specialist to join our team and drive growth in our fulfilment offering. This is a consultative role, focused on building senior-level relationships, identifying opportunities, and designing tailored fulfilment strategies that enhance supply chain efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Driving new business growth by developing and closing opportunities in fulfilment services.
- Building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and positioning Paragon as a long-term strategic partner.
- Delivering impactful meetings and presentations that shape client strategies.
- Collaborating with internal experts to design solutions that create measurable value.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Acting as a true ambassador for the Paragon brand.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in fulfilment services or a related industry.
- A proven track record of winning and growing business at senior level.
- Consultative, solutions-driven approach with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong commercial awareness and industry insight.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
