We’re looking for a Head of Communication to design, steer, and deliver a divisional communication strategy that connects purpose to action, strategy to behaviour, and people to transformation. This is a senior, high-impact role at the heart of the Division’s most critical moments: growth, transformation, cultural evolution, and engagement — internally and externally.

Why this role matters

Communication here isn’t about noise. It’s about clarity, coherence, and momentum.

You will:

  • Shape a clear and consistent corporate narrative across employees, candidates, clients, partners, and the wider ecosystem.
  • Turn complex strategies into messages people actually understand — and act on.
  • Use communication as a core change-management tool, supporting major organisational, operational, and digital transformations.
  • Strengthen employee engagement and employer brand credibility in a fast-moving, multi-country environment.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Corporate & Internal Communication
  • Channels, Platforms & Content
  • Alignment Across Countries & Business Units
  • Change Management & Transformation
  • Employer Brand & Engagement
  • Impact & Measurement

What you bring

  • Proven experience in corporate communication, internal/external communication, and change management.
  • Exceptional writing skills — clear, sharp, and human.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management capability.
  • Deep fluency in digital communication platforms (LinkedIn, CMS, intranet, HubSpot, newsletters, apps).
  • Comfort using AI tools to scale and accelerate content production.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure impact and adoption.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in multicultural, multi-country environments.
  • Native English required. French is a strong asset.

How communication works here

  • Brand sits with Marketing.
  • External communication is channel-driven and coordinated.
  • Change management communication positions you as a key strategic advisor to leadership.

If you believe communication should activate strategy, not decorate it, and if you know how to lead narratives through change — we’d love to hear from you.
